The Holiday apartment is on the ground floor within a private complex. The beach is via a private gate leading onto Brean Sands. One parking space located in the car park. The apartment is ideal for families with Brean leisure centre, restaurants, and bars near by.

The apartment is ideally suitable for two persons but can accommodate up to four and consists of:-

Electric central heating throughout the apartment. No pets are permitted. Duvets and Pillows are provided but you will have to bring your own pillowcases, duvet covers (one double and two single) and towels. Electricity is via a one pound slot meter. There is an ironing board and iron in the lounge cupboard, and also hair drier.
